The General Administration Of Customs Has Released Import And Export Data For Foreign Trade. Furniture Exports Are 148.3 Billion.

On June 10, the State General Administration of Customs released the foreign trade import and export data for May. Among them, the first five months of furniture exports were 148.33 billion yuan, an increase of 9.6%, electrical and electronic products exports of 1.7 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.3%, textiles 327.68 billion yuan, an increase of 7.3%. The total export of 7 major labor-intensive products was 1.21 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.2%, accounting for 18.6% of the total export value.

Overall, in the first five months of this year, the total import and export value of China's goods trade was 12.1 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.1% over the same period last year. Among them, exports were 6.5 trillion yuan, up 6.1%; imports were 5.6 trillion yuan, up 1.8%; trade surplus was 893.36 billion yuan, up 45%.

In May, China’s total import and export value was 2.59 trillion yuan, an increase of 2.9%. Among them, exports were 1.43 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.7%; imports were 1.16 trillion yuan, down 2.5%; trade surplus was 279.12 billion yuan, an increase of 89.8%.
